To guarantee this, we apply the highest standards and requirements for the production of our products, starting with extensive testing at the early stage of product planning.
In order to save material, shorten development times and thus minimize costs, we use state-of-the-art computers and software to simulate temperature changes, heat conduction and heat radiation, for example. But service life calculations of bolts and welds or studies of the effects of cyclic loading can also be significantly shortened by modern engineering programs and thus the quality of our products will be significantly increased.
It is also equally important to identify any weaknesses as early as possible without even having made a single prototype. This is a major benefit for our customers, and not just from a financial perspective, as REO can respond in a very individual and prompt way to customer feedback through this targeted analysis.
